Have you and or your staff decided to believe they can only make a difference in the lives of some and not all their students? HOPE4U!

Our youth are great leaders in the making! They are filled with ambitions, gifts, intellect, and extraordinary expectations. They have overcome insurmountable challenges and continue to attend school every day to meet with you and become someone greater. This workshop is designed for youth who may have lost their way and need to be reminded that there is “HOPE4U!” Scholars will receive several tools that will help them to walk in confidence, make responsible decisions, and prepare themselves for academic success. We have three workshops that are structured for elementary (3rd - 5th grades), middle, and high school aged scholars. (Workshop Time Varies According to Age-Group)

SUCCESSFUL CRITICAL CONVERSATIONS

Critical conversations can be very difficult to engage in when emotions are high, and the conversation is with a co-worker, supervisor, or employee. This workshop is designed to help educators successfully facilitate conversations whether planned or unplanned. Participants will learn techniques that enable them to engage in and navigate arduous conversations with poise, patience, and purpose. (120 Minute Workshop)
